Privacy policy

This policy explains how Omega1 Group Inc. ("Omega1," "we," "us") handles information when you visit omega1group.com or contact us. We provide business consulting and sell-side M&A advisory services to companies in the USA and Canada.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, business email, phone number, company name and details about your business that you share through forms, the exit-readiness scorecard, email, phone calls or when you book a call.
- Basic technical data: our hosting and security providers keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to operate and protect the site.
This site does not currently use advertising pixels or analytics cookies. The embedded scorecard described below is provided by our CRM provider and may use cookies or similar technologies it needs to work. If we add advertising or analytics tags, we will update this policy first.
How we use it
- To respond to you, schedule and hold calls, and provide the services you ask about.
- To send information you request, such as a readiness readout, and related follow-up. You can opt out at any time.
- To keep the site secure and working.
Confidentiality
Information about your business is treated as confidential. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our scheduling, email and CRM tools), with your permission, or when the law requires it.
Scorecard, booking and third-party tools
The exit-readiness scorecard on our pages is provided through HighLevel, the customer relationship management (CRM) platform we use, and is displayed in an embedded frame served by HighLevel. When you take the scorecard, your answers and contact details are sent to HighLevel, which stores and processes them on our behalf so we can show your result and follow up with you.
Calls are booked through Calendly. Information you enter there is processed by Calendly and is also handled under Calendly's own privacy policy.
Email and text messages
Every marketing email includes our address and a way to unsubscribe. For Canadian contacts, we follow Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We send text messages only to people who have agreed to receive them; reply STOP to opt out.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected] or calling 1‑800‑674‑4958.
Data retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
